Lead

Did you know the following facts about lead?

If you think your home might have lead hazards, protect your family by having your home inspected.

Report

Find out what has happened environmentally in the area surrounding your home. The report shows locations of hazardous leaks, spills, toxic releases and other environmentally dangerous sites that may impact health and the value of your property.

Air Assessment

Advancement is technology now allows us to assess air quality onsite with immediate results. This is a cost effective way to measure various factors that may impact health and expensive repairs. Helps with pinpointing areas of suspected mold activity in the home.

Mold

Mold is often hidden behind walls, under carpets, in ductwork and other areas of your home. We provide several ways to test for mold. All evaluation methods involve collecting samples, laboratory analysis, and further examination of conditions and systems in and around the home.

Roof Inspections

Roof inspections can help you prevent costly roof repairs in the future.
A few of the most common roof problems are:
Missing shingles.
Plants or moss growth.
Leak or crack in the roof.
Shingles curling or buckling.
Shingle granules in gutters.
Roof sagging or drooping.

Chimneys Inspection

The inspection of chimneys is important to detect problems with the venting system.

Move In Certified

Buyers have confidence to pay more for a home that is Move-In Certified. Deficiencies may be addressed in advance saving off-market time once under contract. Sellers have more control to negotiate repairs upfront along with the purchase price.

Crawlspace Inspections

What A Crawl Space Inspection Does
Termites, whether they’re visible or there are signs that they may be starting to burrow.
Moisture damage in the form of damp insulation, condensation, warped or cracked materials.
Mold and/or mildew, whether on the walls, on items stored in the attic or crawl space or a musty smell.

Builder’s Warranty

At the 11th month of new home ownership you’ll notify your builder of deficiencies. This is normally the last chance before most repair responsibility shifts. These inspections can pay for themselves saving you hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Buying A Home

Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected. We are determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity.  For a buyer, we make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing.  For sellers, we will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries if a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property.

HUGE Investment
Anytime that you are purchasing a property, we understand that it is a HUGE investment. Everyone involved needs to know every aspect of the property.  We take pride in providing this service.  The majority of our business is from client referrals and from real estate agent recommendations.  We work directly for the client.  Our job is to insure that the client understands every item that may be reported.  Our job does not end after the report is completed.  Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give us a call and we will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.
We Are Here!
We are here to assist you in making a confident decision about your property. Whether you’re buying a new property and want to be sure of what you’re getting… or selling a property and want to eliminate possible problems that could delay or lose a sale. Or just want a professional to inspect and advise you on the condition and maintenance or safety recommendations of your current home, we are here to help…

Communication is Key to a Successful
Home Inspection

A careful and well-done inspection by a well-established experienced inspector is very important! It could save you a very large amount of money. There are inspectors out there who do not have the knowledge, or do not inspect thoroughly and simply do not know how to communicate effectively. You will not see that with me. My inspections of the following elements will answer all of your questions and I will have your report to you in a timely manner. I am a certified member with Nachi (NACHI13020304). My report will include any major issues and concerns that you need to know about the property. You will not get any technical jargon that may seem confusing. I will continue to answer any questions you may have, even if it is after you have received your report. I believe it is important for you to understand the report to make an informed decision.
